1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before the scheduled testing date.
  • Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed without any penalty.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
    • If the service request is canceled before testing begins, a full or partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
    • If testing cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues on our end, a full refund will be provided.
  • Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
    • If testing has already commenced or is completed.
    • For samples that do not meet the submission guidelines or are damaged/contaminated upon receipt.
    • If delays or issues arise due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Process for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within business days through the original payment method or as per the customer’s preference.
  • Any applicable bank charges, taxes, or processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Modification of Orders

  • Requests to modify the testing scope or parameters will be accepted only before testing begins. Additional charges may apply based on the changes requested.
  • Modifications may result in delays to the original testing timeline.

5. Force Majeure

  • Refunds or cancellations may not be available in the event of delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government directives.
