1. Scope of Services 

We offer testing and certification services for silk products, which encompass silk sarees, fabrics, and yarns, among others. Our testing procedures involve the assessment of silk quality, authenticity, weight, purity, and various other parameters in accordance with industry standards. The specific details of the testing will be outlined in the order confirmation or service agreement. 

2. Submission of Samples 

Clients are required to submit silk samples in the designated format and quantity for testing purposes. Samples provided for testing will not be returned unless there is a prior agreement to do so. 

3. Accuracy of Testing

Testing is performed using standardized methods and certified equipment. Although we aim for precision, the results depend on the condition and characteristics of the submitted sample. Factors beyond our control, such as variability in samples or external contamination, may influence the outcomes. 

4. Confidentiality 

All data, reports, and related information generated from testing are considered confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent, except as mandated by law or regulatory authorities. 

5. Fees and Payments 

Fees for testing and related services are determined by our published fee structure or mutually agreed terms. Payments must be completed in full prior to the initiation of testing, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late payments may incur penalties or result in the suspension of services. 

6. Delivery of Reports 

Test reports will be provided electronically or in hard copy according to the client’s preference within the agreed timeframe. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. 

7. Intellectual 

Property All methodologies, techniques, and technologies utilized in the testing process are proprietary to [Your Silk Board Name]. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or sharing these without prior consent. 

8. Cancellation and Refunds 

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing at least [specific number] days prior to the scheduled testing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus any processing or administrative fees incurred up to the cancellation date.
